I have some webspace that I am willing to host clan sites on. You'll have pretty much no restrictions to bandwidth usages since I have more than enough to around even with my other sites. You'll get your own FTP access (I hope, or else I can't host you). It won't cost you anything to use. All I ask is to have a button link to the main site and I would be grateful for any donations sent to me. 
I can't do this right now, but I should be able to either later today or later this week. Hopefully today will be the day. Just depends on my host.
Also, I will not allow any illegal files, anime media, and pornography to be on any of your sites, including links to such.
If you guys are looking for an IRC to call home, my IRC is open to the public, so come in and set up a clan channel or two and even use my network for your server bots. You can find us at irc.digitaldepiction.net.
