his punished body collapsing in defeat.

That mean he lost, does it not?

That means his body is in defeat because he's collapsed. It's just a way of adding more vibe to the action.

majikent, I changed a bit of the text. The uniform insignia was confusing, and not what I intended. Could you please revise the site?

Thanks

Actually, a pdf format of the story wouldn't be prudent until it is finished... I will also be happy to provide this when it is completed.

And spreegem, the mind behind Centurion is a part of the story line, so I won't be revealing that until the appropriate time.

I do appreciate everyone who reads, and thier feedback.

majikent has asked for, and received permission to use the work on his site, and it really is a better layout than these forums are. This story is intended to be a gift back to this community and fans of C&C, so I continue to post it here despite my feelings of late in regards to rampant mindless flaming of community mods.

I encourage exnyte.com's use, and the forums are brand new, and clean. No flames. (Yet) He even has a place where you can vote on the story.

Just cleaned up some of the irrelivant posts, I think I got them all. And Kirby I did edit your last post as part of the clean up done was to get rid of the post you quoted. No use getting people confused by looking for something thats not there.

Verry good story. I see a hint of Navy in some of the words you use i.e. "Deck". Army uses the term "Field" for the place of "Formation"

Again great story.

I like the story, but one thing I find strange.
