Hello, where is the mistake?

Try setting the IRC to irc.n00bstories.com and see if it connects correctly. If it does it's a fault in the IRC server.

i can play in the server but i can't start brenbot...

my Server.ini:

Just be sure remote admin port in the BR config matches the one in server.ini

You can enter two IP's there:

The internal IP: 127.0.0.1 or the LAN-ip of the pc its hosted from.
