Something i just put together, due to all the people commenting about WOL.

Future updates may include:
[list=a]- Invoke a URL depending if WOL is online/offline.
- Send e-mail notification to a given address if WOL is online/offline.[/list:o]

You can use this right now, 6 months away or when WOL next goes offline (whichever comes first Razz).

I find that to be very useful...though I do somethin a lil more difficult at the moment, I open RenBuddy list, with auto connect on, if it says "Connecting to Weswood online with extended details" then it's down, otherwise it's up & it'll connect 100% Very Happy

It's programmed in Visual Basic 6.0.

Just made a few changes, and updated to version 1.2.

[list=a]* Now includes the sound files (I forgot to put them in the ZIP).
* The system tray icon will change appearance, reflecting Online / Offline status[/list:o]

npsmith. You should make it so you can have it launch an executable on it coming offline to online, such as the RenegadeFDS. (That way when WOL comes online and servers have been offline, it'll automatically start the server.)

I already wrote a script to do that (thanks Dante for the base code).

Its just the basic, because i use it for personal use, but if you like i can give you or anyone the code.
