can someone make me a skirmish mod so it does this(skirmish as in multiplayer practice)

-at a time on max theres 30 nod bots and 30 gdi bots, including raveshaws and all good things. I want it to be steadily a lot of bots, like 30:-)
-start out with 99999999 credits

to change the amount of start money just go into your data folder and open the svrcfg_skirmish file and change the starting credits to 99999, you can also change stuff like spawn weapons, but for more bots youll need the c130drop editor....as seaman pointed out...
