This is a movie my cousin showed me that is really a work of art

You can find it at http://multimedia.honda-eu.com/accord/

Notes:

This is a commercial for Honda that will never air in the U.S. because the cars are called different things or something. There are NO special effects whatsoever. The people who made this got two Accord prototypes, and completely dismantled one of them. All those parts on the floor came out of an Accord. It took them 4 months of planning, 2 months to build everything, and 4 solid days of filming, or 606 tries until everything worked right.

The part where the tires rolled uphill looked a bit unnatural, but I guess they would because of their weight.

Yeah, the weight ratios on the tyres were exact, so that they would go uphill.
Unatural? yes.

Damned good, though.

Although I can see that there are very few special effects, I dont think wheels can roll uphill. Really cool video.

The wheels most likely have heavy weights on the right side, so that it only needs a small poke for them to move.

There's a hole in the sky through which things can fly.

The review i saw said there was no special effects in it at all, none of the actually moving parts that is, The wheel was purely momentum and a few weights. They showed pictures of them making it in some dark basement somewhere and one of the guys had a mullet.

About the uphill wheels:

I believe they precisely weighted them with screws so when they get tapped, the balance is offset and the wheels go uphill for a short time. They didn't use any sneaky tricks with the wheels besides that.

Guess so. At least to the extent of my understanding of that movie. Regardless, it is really cool.
