You just need renegade 1.037 for renegade (N/A if you just want to play RenAlert). For renalet, you need the version 0.990 installer (200 MB+) and then the 0.992 patch (40MB+) and you should be able to play.

Installer has a big problem... if your c-drive is not your hard drive it will crash. My C-Drive happens to be a flashcard drive, when the installer first looks in c drive it can't read it so it crashes! Confused

I got a 20 gig thats my C drive and a D drive 100 gig. I installed it on D drive so thats probebly it. Im almost about too give up on it anyway though. Ive already had too uninstall renegade 2 times, and do system restore and even though i deleted all the renalert files and patchs it still doest say i have gained any space back Mad

I'm having a bit of a set back with this so called patch...

So after about an hour of fighting my computer, I load up RenAlert [supposedly, and I'm using that word here because I patched the RenAlert file to .992] .992 and I get this screen:

http://www.n00bstories.com/image.fetch.php?id=1173308554

After that, I found it excruciatingly difficult to navigate the menus owing to the fact that there were no menus...

Does anyone know what this problem is caused by? And if so, could you tell me?

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Make sure you connect to the US WOL server, I didn't see any Euro/Pacific servers online.

I had that same problem a couple months ago. I uninstalled renalert and renegade and then re-installed them and it worked. I know you just did that a couple times, but I don't think there is any other way around it Confused

True, it would be nice for new users if it was made into a new installer.
