Try alt+tabing to windows and back to Renegade...

You can try updating your mouse drivers, patch Renegade, etc.

And this should have been posted in the General forum.

this happens everytime i load renegade, all i need to do is click and i get control of ren one....

Used to happen to me when I switched between MIRC and Ren, I had to alt-tab out of it and then alt-tab back into it to fix it. Also sometime just clicking the mouse would fix it.

Like the last two posts said, normally either one of those methods fixed it.

REinstall Renegade. Worse comes to worst, you can throw your computer out eth window and never look at one again. I suggest the first solution though.

Try removing all the mods and extra maps you downloaded.

Try playing a mod like Reborn or RenAlert. Does it still do it?

(Remove the mouse from the Hardware Devices list, and reboot the computer)
