You think? It does suck the intaller doesn't even work, most bugs from the leaked beta are still there along with new ones. Deploying vehicles is more dangerous to you than the enemy. I'm sure theres more but since I couldn't get the stupid thing to install I don't know about any other problems with it.

Did you download both of the files from the website?

If you haven't played Reborn, how would you know it sucked? From other people's biased opinions?

well, lets see...

An incomplete installer,
Installer corrupted a shared .dll file that is used to view streaming media,
The same bugs that existed in the beta still exist in the release,
- 'super invunerable' jumpjet infantry
- ob won't fire at the mammoth mkII when it's standing still.
- jumpjet infantry can travel off the desert siege map
- GDI Refinery in Canyon doesn't have all it's collision settings done. (you can walk right through it, infantry or vehicle)
- GDI base defences give off massive points to at least rifle using infantry.
Just to name a few...

I'd say it sucks.

I started to download it, but stopped when I was reading bug reports. There is no way that I am installing something that screws with DLLs and corrupts them. If you are gonna mess with system files, don't screw 'em up. Sure, I suppose you can come back and say "Oh, you are just letting biased morons influence you". That may be, but I refuse to install something when it can screw up stuff.

Yes I downloaded both and tried installing it several times and it was fucked up every single time, gave me some error about a .dll being corrupt or something.

Just copy everything in your Renegade folder C:/Program Files/Renegade or w/e and past them all in your Reborn folder. Then put the data cd in your disk drive and launch Game.exe . That will launch Reborn.

Make sure you delete all other .mix files in your data folder if you install this way. They will mess with the Reborn maps.
