I've been having problems with my ISP again so I've just been concentrating on remodeling my house. Trying to get as much done as I can before cold weather sets in, but I'm looking for a new ISP in the mean time. Hopefully, I'll get things straitened out soon.

Ugh. Remodeling.
I sympathize. I have a door to reseat, or it will be a very cold tile floor for the next 4 months. And with two babies running around, we can't have that.

I bought the old homestead from my parents over eight years ago and I've been working on it ever since. Wish I'd known then what a money pit it was going to be, I probably would have started from scratch. Oh well, it will be paid off in less than two years with a new roof, wiring, boiler, windows, doors, siding, insulation, drywall, paint, carpet..... practically a new house. I have a boy who will be three in Feb. and I'm mainly concentrating on his room now. I'm hoping to be done with all of it by the time it's paid off so we can sell and build a new one.  I've done all the work myself so I've saved a lot of money but it takes forever. 
Funny how easy it is to get off topic  Anyway, have a great day Vet's

It's kind of sad how little recognition this day gets, I honestly can't remember the last time someone, who wasn't a Vet, came up to me and said "Happy Veteran's Day". It's just another day at work like any other. Actually my boss was pissed this morning when he realized that the local County Court House would be closed and he wouldn't be able to send some of the guys there to do survey research. So, since I feel that it can't be said enough, Thanks and have a great day!

Today I helped with a ceremony for Veteran's Day (I'm a Young Marine).
