yes I have a server ftp for renegade alert. I test iit if thats work I Upload Renegade Allert and I will send a message at Dante , General Havoc ,Aircraftkiller if the server working

Your English isn't too good but from what you said I take it you have a working FTP server that you wish to host RenAlert on. You can freely upload the file according to http://www.renalert.com as long as you link back to the website (http://www.renevo.com/renalert). Then you contct the leader of the ren Alert modification at L3f7H4nd3d@n00bstories.com so they can add your mirror to the list.
If your FTP server has any sort of bandwidth restrictions then the file will eat them up within a day so unless you have a fast FTP server with unlimited bandwidth there isn't much point in hosting it.
