Can someone explain why I always run into snipers that either do one of two things

1) shots are really close together, more then normal time span

2) snipe when gun is facing down (reloading)

Both could be lag related. What's happening on your screen is different from what is happening on their screen. Such is renelife

"2) snipe when gun is facing down (reloading)"

lag/internet code related, many times I have seen people shoot whilst their gun appears to be in reload mode.

"1) shots are really close together, more then normal time span"

if you believe people have been changing their ROF then your only hope would be to record them using FRAPS or something similar.

nope, which is why it became the go-to cheat after damage hacks became detectable

I'm assuming SSnipe isn't going to come back, but it's worth asking what he meant when he said shots were coming too fast

when it was happening, did you actually see all of them, or did you only see some of them?

Biatch used to detect rof, at least the version we had. Did have some false positives so no auto kick.

It doesn't seem to do so anymore, or at least no alert is given.
