I was in atomix and I was playing as gdi on under.mix and I got promoted to commander for killing hon or air i don't remember and then I said "Yeah i am commander" I meant to say "yay" instead of "yeah" /facepalm epic fail / anyway yeah I crashed once I got promoted...

ive also got a few crashes lately with no crashdumps, just getting an error that renegade stopped running or something.

This has happened to me on more than one occasion (probably around 4 times, if I remember), however no crashdump came out.

Perhaps (one of) you could try the following. Put Renegade in windowed mode, download ollydbg, and start ollydbg as administrator. After it started, drag your game2.exe onto the ollydbg window. Hold F9 for a while, and if it does not work hold Shift+F9 for a while until the game starts. When it crashes (it will likely freeze and the ollydbg window shows some changes), please make a screenshot and send it to me, or if you have teamviewer, see if I'm around to debug the issue.
It is possible that your mouse cursor does not work after it crashed. In that case, first make the screenshot and then alt+tab to ollydbg and press alt+F2. That should close Renegade and reset ollydbg. (So make sure to make the screenshot first.  )
It may be somewhat tricky, but I hope one of you will be able to figure it out and send me the screenshot.
