Recruit

It's basically when you are not able to join a server. Doesn't mean you were banned from the moderator staff, but a glitch which prevents your entry. I don't know the specific details.

Would TT be able to fix that?

It's already fixed, the next build will have a fix to prevent the server from WOL banning you if you stay on the WOL selection screen for too long. The WOL bug itself sometimes happens after someone gets kicked/banned with BRenBot on a non-4.0 server and a moderator unbans him.
