I keep getting the error "Operation Timed Out" was working fine yesterday. I might have accepted an update that could have effected this but Im not sure what exactly it was. Any ideas?

XWIS is down. Has nothing to do with TT updates (assuming you meant that with accepting an update that could have affected this).
