So I installed Renegade on my home computer and it worked fine. I then installed it as well onto my laptop and logged in, but when I go to the Advanced Game Listings it tells me that there are no game servers available

Unless you mean that you reinstalled on both computers in the same day, and it worked on your desktop, in which case I'm not sure what's happening.
