So instead of banning him from your servers you ban him from an supposedly unrelated gaming forum? That doesn't make a lot of sense.

Thank you so much dave for letting me loan your account 
1. I have neither the knowledge or the intent to crash the n00bstories server, the only person I have a problem with is Jarhead. I have never ever done anything remotely like a (d)dos, and if you think spamming an insult is a denial of service attack you clearly dont have the knowhow to properly manage a server.
2. Whatever I do to n00bstories has no relation to renforums whatsoever, banning me here just shows what a power-abusing little (actually, quite big and fat LOL) mean lady you are.
3. I never spent hours joining the server. I was enormously bored, and joined with the nick "jarhead loves cock" (Which he probably does) several times until you prevented my from joining the server altogether.
4. If jarhead doesnt want to get insulted he should be such a piece of shit. Threatening players who kill him too often, threatening fellow mods, banning people simply because he doesnt like them, muting them, kicking them. And when people complain about any of that he bans them too. If he expects to not get insulted when hes being a nazi like that he's even got less braincells than I thought.
5. Jarhead could have won the nobel prize for peace for all i care and i still would have insulted him with what i thought would insult him the most simply because he is ruining my and other people's gameplay experience because he doesnt want to get killed, or doesnt want people to point out what a retard he is. (on the instance he banned me, i wasnt even remotely saying anything. I was just playing, he told me not to start trouble with him, i told him i was playing and didnt care about him. Bam, gone. Same for my mate who protested).
6. Crimson loaned money from the poker union, started a poker business, stopped paying it back and used the money to hire lawyers to get out from paying it back altogether. And thats the kind of greedy fat mean lady you have in charge of these forums.

Jarhead's conduct within this game is ridiculous. How he is still trusted to moderate servers just shows how limp Crimson is at making correct decisions.

Spamming the server has the effect of making the chat lag, and making the players unable to see normal server messages and chat in-game and distracts the players from the game. That is the very definition of a Denial of Service attack, even if it IS on the low end of the spectrum. If you disagree, I would be more than happy to send off the logs to your ISP's abuse department and let them make the determination.

I have logs that show otherwise. You have attempted to evade your ban on dozens of occassions. I had to firewall your IP to make your attack stop.

You are making a huge mistake taking some random guy's comments as an argument. If you dig further, you will see that the man tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars and after my lawyer took a look at what he was trying to do to me, he sent a couple of letters to get him to drop his bullshit lawsuit against me. I stole NO money from the fake union that didn't even exist, and he was trying to extort thousands of dollars from me. He had to drop his case against me to avoid being counter-sued. If you look at Arizona state court records, you will see that he is currently in a trial with the Arizona State grand jury for his scam and he will most likely spend a lot of time in jail.
Also, I did not borrow anyone's money but Bank of America's to start my business. And I did pay it back to them. His comments are slanderous but since he doesn't have any money, it's not worth my time to sue him for it. I also didn't feel the need to drag the argument into a courtroom because no one in this city takes that crackpot old geezer seriously.

Can someone please tell me what nick Jarhead uses in-game? Is it just "Jarhead" or something else?
edit: I am only asking cos I see everyone complaining but I have never seen anyone as Jarhead in-game and I am on NS 12 hours a day (the other 12 hours are @ Jelly).
I do have a guess of who it maybe though.

Again, he has been RELENTLESS in spamming the server and bitching on these forums... he's been banned for at least 2 or 3 months and he's STILL at it. It's extremely logical to assume that these forums will be next to be spammed by him. It's called being proactive to protect the users of these forums.

1. You are a known liar. (I really don't need to give any examples here, everybody here can recall at least one major situations where you flat out lied about everything)

Also, since I used to mod n00btories for like 2 years, I know very very well how to ban evade, and I could do it in an instant, change my IP, change my nick, change my serial, voila. But I really don't care playing there anymore, and I only joined on nicknames insulting to jarhead, on my normal IP since, well, I love insulting him. Especially since he takes being an ex marine so seriously, its a wonderful target to me, especially since to me being a US Marine is an insult in itself haha.
Let me just say this. I fucking love renegade, its a wonderful game. And I wish people to have the best playing experience, and matches unimpeded by faggots who have their own agendas and shit. I can honestly say that when ren is concerned, I just care about justice, cheating faggots getting banned for life, hampering dicks getting removed, and power-abusing game-ruining fucks to get fucked off as well.
And that is exactly why, I am so violent about jarhead, and now you. People like you completely fuck up renegade. You've both got this attitude of "LISTEN TO ME OR PAY!!!" and take insult to every little thing, and think everybody is out to get you, and you'll gladly get rid of innocent people to bet set your mind at ease and have your way. I love pissing joejj80 or w/e off, he's such a retard. He thinks I'm some other guy that's a well known cheater (NLsRene) for some reason, I also saw Jarhead play a few times and he was being an asshole to someone lol.
It wouldn't surprise me that some people new to Renegade joined their server (considering they're one of the first guys to whore a00 nicks), saw all the retarded modifications they run, their asshole mods when they actually have moderators on or the people blatantly cheating their balls off like that NLsRene guy, and decided this game is retarded and promptly quit playing.
If I were new to Renegade and the first server I joined would give me unlimited ammo and the points system on it is retarded, I would think it's part of the original game and that therefor the game is retarded. The idiotic, asshole mods that are almost never online and the blatant cheating also doesn't help. First time I played there in a while (this was months ago), some guy used a ridiculous RoF pistol hack on me around the end of the game and on the next map some other guy was aimbotting blatantly, which I actually bothered to FRAPS.
To be honest, their server should be banned from WOL for being so ridiculous terrible that it--no doubt about--causes people new to Renegade to stop playing. It's a good thing they aren't on GSA. The constant trolling of the Renegade community by n00bstories that has been going on for almost a decade should also be weighted in. At least they're moving on to trolling the Savage2 community now lol. This Spoony-esque ban is nothing compared to that.

there is no case, since crimson apparently decides what goes down here, and we all know how she is.
There is also no case because this whole ban is fucking ridiculous.
Last week i like, checked renforums to see if there was anything interesting, i browse here almost daily. Then I login to respond to a post and I get the ban message, and cant even see the forums anymore.
I was like: lolwut? Why the fuck? Someone made an error or something. So I asked on the jelly irc if anyone knew anything, and a few days later I hear it was because of a supposed ddos. Then I went like LOL WHAT?! I still had no remote clue why.
Thats why there is no case, because this ban is based on nothing but crimson's disliking of me.
