I haven't had Renegade WOL for a while, but I do know of the recommendations. I'm not sure how to get them, I got one for being MVP on a server but i don't know if it goes with other servers, or if you can get more than one from a server.

Its on a community by community base, most communities have these separate per server but a few communities share them among all their servers, such as st0rm.

Long time and well respected Renegade community member, programmer, modder and tester.

no
most servers use a bot called BRenBot that gives out recommendations and the recommendations stay logged on the server you got them on
the servers that are online nowadays operate independently and have for years; different communities keep them online

BRenBot recs (must all happen within the same game)
5 heavy vehicle kills = 1 rec
8 light vehicle kills = 1 rec
1000 points by repairing buildings = 1 rec
100 (right?) points for repairing vehicles = 1 rec
mvp = 1 rec
best k/d ratio = 1 rec
most kills (10 or more) = 1 rec
2 building kills = 1 rec

Those are the default recommendation triggers, however they are configurable so different servers may have different requirements, even if they run the same version of BRenBot.
