Do you mean how to make the camo pattern in PS?

I can give you a camo plugin if you need it. It makes really good camo patterns.

I perfer making the camo by hand, if you use a plugin it doesn't line up right

Just draw random curved shapes and fill them in. The whole point in camo is to break up the human shape when viewed against a certain background, allowing a person to blend in.

If you want some examples just search google for camouflage.
