Windows internet explorer does not work on my computer. I have tried to reinstall it just so I can use renguard but it refuses to connect to the internet I am using right now.

I get this message from Renguard:

Warning: No WOL name found. Connecting to WOL will probably fail

Binternet explorer gives me a list of ports to check on the firewall (which I have turned off and have no idea how to check anyway).

Any ideas on what I can do next?

Connect to WOL once, then exit the game and restart renguard. Problem solved.

You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

O.k. New problem. When I load renegade I get not picture and the sound for the opening sequence is jerky.

I get normal sound on the menu screen but no picture at all.

Done a full virus check and nothing. I don't know what to do because I am useless at fixing these things. Give me a broken car and I'm fine.

Reinstall scripts344 if you installed renguard after installing them. All of this is in the stickies, BTW.

Found this:
http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=msg&th=23989&start=0&rid=2 3203

But I get a 404 not found when I click the link. Is there another way to do it?

Scratch that. Found it somewhere else and now Renegade runs fine.

Getting the "Renguard cannot connect to the master servers" error now.

I have done everything it says in the sticky to fix it but none have worked. I have even gone through all the regedit stuff to make sure nothing is in "offline" mode. Turned Firewall off to make sure that isn't the problem as well.

Binternet explorer still won't find my connection.

Your ISP is old and simply won't start? What the hell are you talking about? Did you mean his CAR?

I haven't used RenGuard in over a year, so I can't really say. However, if everything else works fine and yet it still won't connect, chances are it's just technical issues on their side. Wait a little bit and see if anything changes.

ISP = Internet Service Provider. The age of the company probably doesn't reflect the quality of service, and the chances of something being misconfigured on the ISP's side to only affect Renguard are practically 0.

Renguard is a wonderful initiative
