You can get C&C The First Decade at EB Games or Walmart (or some store like those) for $20, it includes Renegade and the following games: Generals (and expansion), the Tiberian Sun (and expansion), the original C&C (and expansions), and the Red Alert series.

try places like <no>(need to register to that one)
and people have had it on their ftps before

Looks to me like an admin removed the link, probably related to;
