I think Reborn and Ren Alert both look pretty cool. I have no idea which one will be better since I only played that one very early beta of Ren Alert and nothing of Reborn. Honestly I don't see the purpose of insulting either of them. It's not like you purchased it and are unhappy with your product. These people are supplying it for free and it is 100% optional whether or not you want to download it, if you don't like it there's no reason to run around saying it's a load of crap or whatever. No one is really in any place to complain (unless its constructive criticisim or suggestions of course).
