No games, no servers, can't even register... [message #431293]

Yo!

Another old player... only this time, he dont know why he cant find any games...

I got Rene-buddy, and I see lots of games I'd want to play... Only problem is, I don't know how to get to them...

How I used to get to games:
-enter Renegade,
-click multiplayer online
-click Westwood Online
-login
-select game

what happens now:
-enter Renegade (The First Decade)
-click multiplayer online
-click Westwood online
-login
-get error message saying name is not available, but lets me in anyway
-stare at empty game list

The nick you are trying to use is either already used or you used a wrong password.

The new account button is depreciated. You now only have to fill in a nick and pass and click login. It will automaticly register the nickname to your serial.

still doesn't solve my problem of not seeing any games at all

You really only need to take another nickname. If you already did that, this one is also already taken.

Just keep trying till it doesnt say "Error: invalid password or nick taken already".
You should then also see the server listings Thumbs Up

Note that the password can only be 8 characters (numbers and letters) long.

What Lone0001 said indeed but i assume you did read the sticky i linked you to right?

The sticky also says how to reset a password...
(it must be registered on the serial you play renegade with)

Then a new account it is... last time I played online was 4 or 6 houses ago, and 2 computers... not to mention 4-10 years... and another disc... that got stolen... XP
