Here's my list.
Dreganius - best cnc 3 pack ever + various other skins like urimas pistol modification, dragon tank.
DieHardNL - Awesome building interiors, some awesome map skins, good weapon/character models.
Reborn - Designing most of the reborn shit, pretty win.
Post yours and give reasons why you think there the best.

Liquedv2, yew need to branch out a little on your thinking. I'm sure you'll twig it soon enough, but you're barking up the wrong tree.
The map is budding with new ideas and great game-play, AitcraftKiller just has to get to the root of the problem, it seems to have him pretty stumped right now.
Leaf him alone, he's doing a good job. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say this map isn't fir you.
Anyway, this thread is really starting to lumber along, all this over some sap's map? I thought the game was dead, but this thread at least is poplar. It makes me pine for the days of yonder.
At the end of the day, life's a Beech.. Who wood of thought it?

Dreganius, Di3hardNL, and Renardin are my picks.
I'd say Blazea58, but he doesn't really do skins (despite the fact that he'd be awesome at them). He more or less maps and makes his own textures.

I just like that the topic is "Top 3 of all time" yet everyone is mostly mentioning people that are still active in the community, because the majority of the people here weren't around when real modding was getting done. The vast majority of people making stuff now just play around with photo shop filters, rip things from other textures, or add random, useless things to the model. Check the skins section of cncnz, or cncden, if you want to see some real skins.
