I don't live in the US but I wouldn't think they would build it for you. If they did they would probably charge you a lot and it wouldn't be worth it. There not going to buld your PC for free. The best thing is if you have a friend or someone related who knows how to build PC's.

There fairly simple to build yourself and nearly anyone can build them if they know how. It's not rocket science, well these days it isn't. If you can install a graphics or sound card then you should be abl;e to build a PC. There are thousands of websites that show you how in clear picture step by step guides. A good site is http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/
