Is it now legal to host these games their iso's on a website?
I thought it was but i need to know for sure.

Yes, they're both freeware now.

For Dawn, it's best to get Nyerguds' latest patched version:

Ermmm I thought EA just gave them away during a limited period of time. Unless another announcement was made ,they're still no freeware.

I know for a fact that TD is now freeware, not sure about RA though.
