Chrome sucks. Firefox takes 5 minutes to load( no really it does and i have 3 gig memory). Internet Explorer 7 is very quick and fast to use. Thats why i use it.

Install Firefox 3, rather than some of the older versions. Also, loading time of an application can often be dictacted by hard drive speed, not RAM amount.

Oh, and Chrome isn't too bad unless you need search bars and RSS feeds and things like that.

The problem is server related, not client related. I also get it from time to time and always have, with different browsers.

You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

Yup, happens all the time. A simple refresh often works, but sometimes it doesn't and the server is unresponsive for quite some time.

I often notice this happen around backup time. Due the the general douche baggery of some these forums get backed up at regular, automated intervals. High server load at peak times can sometimes cause this too. It is also partially because of the way FUD Forums works.

If I'm ever posting stuff here that would suck to retype I often copy just to be safe.

It has a search-bar built in. The URL bar is a search bar.

I didn't notice, I almost never use the default search bar in FF.

I don't know about the RSS thing yet, I used Chrome a long time ago.

The search bar is intensely amazing. Any site that you visit, Chrome looks around for a search bar on the page, analyzes the format of the search query and any other time you visit the page, say... Youtube. You start to type Y O U and it fills in for you http://youtube.com BUT it also says "Press Tab to search Youtube" if you press tab you get a blank search bar. Type in say... Doitle and press enter. Bam you are at a search results page showing my videos. Nearly any site that has a search feature can be picked up by Chrome. Only ones that dont work are ones where the search is pretty well buried and isn't on the main page like Renegadeforums.
