1-download them
2-put them in your ren data C:\Westwood\Renegade\Data or other

3-most of them are compress so download winrar,7-zip or izarc extracted them

If you have TFD (The First Decade... collector set) your data folder will be:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\Data

or where ever you installed renegade, find the folder "Data".

so what you are saying it is gonna take even longer before this thing is finished
So the topic title should be changed to: a sucky little "teaser" from C&C Reborn has been released

Unless they are girls, I am not going to bone them.

i think everyone really needs to know, that i have TFD and i have modded before so i know where the data directories for the games are

but i haven't modded renegade only generals and zero hour, but even so i know where the data directories are and i have had winrar since september of last year

thank you for helping

and also i do have a problem, i downloaded a flamer skin and put it in the data directory but it didn't change how the flame tank looked

was it because it was in .dds skin format?

EDIT: btw it was JsxKeule flamer skin

If it doesn't work then you didn't put it in your renegade data folder. Double check it, i'm sure it ended up somewhere else.

i put it in this directory:

C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\Data

i believe that is the data folder

but to be sure i'm going to download another skin and try that out, JsxKeule's skin may just have corrupted for me
