LOL, I'd love to see what grounds this would be on.

In order for the harrasment to stand, n00bstories would have to consistantly and actively search him down and well, harass him. If he goes to the area numerous times where he was harrassed, then ( I forget the legal term) he can't do anything about it because he came to a place where he knew it would happen.

If for whatever reason he decides to change to defamation of character or slander, your online reputation does not fall under that category unless we use his real name, and his personal life was greatly affeected by it. (And no, hurting his feelings is not slander)

Edit: I can't believe I missed this!
