Please do not encourage the illegal ownership of software.
If you cannot afford PhotoShop try "The GIMP" or similar FREE software. ("FREE" meaning distributed for no cost, not acquired for no cost, contrary to the terms of the license under which the writers intended it to be distributed)

900 $ for a software package isn't necessarily a lot. has it ever come to your minds that there's countless hours of programming involved in developing software? Those hours need to be paid, easily at 50 $ per hour.
Photoshop aims for a professional public, not people who want to make some (often ugly - no offense, don't take it personal) skins in their free time. These people don't need Photoshop either: there's enough free or cheap alternatives for them.
