yo dudes, I have many versions of Renegade but am dying to know WHICH version or which release had this green cover:

A lot of eBay Ren copies have this green cover and I checked around to find more info about this cover but am stumped. Is this a special one-off release box or what?

Was this a fan made one?

I could not find anything on Mobygames.com as well:

And they by far have the most complete physical records of most games.

I searched google for it. There are some different covers and they all seem original. Although I can't check for my own renegade, since that one came with the EA Games "Command & Conquer Combat Pack".

Does that case actually exist or is it like a beta case that they were guna make for the game but decided to change it to what it is now?

Hi Orca!

Yeah, I don't think that case exists at all...I can assume the case was never released or probably in beta. I was hoping it would be the original Westwood box...but so far I could not even find a single picture of the box...only this art.

Anyway, I was going to ask about it in the Petroglyph forums later today. Hopefully someone will know.
