When I put in any dvd that I burned with data, Explore.exe freeze almost 80 % of the time and it is very very slow to access folders....Is this the dvd burner? or the dvds? (Does same thing will all dvds Burned by someone not dvds of games or such you buy in store).

Is your DVD burner DVD-, DVD+, or DVD±?

If it's DVD+, then the problem could be that all the burned DVDs are using DVD-Rs.

Other than that, I haven't the slightest clue.

Then, from what I know, the issue would be that the burned DVDs you're trying to use are DVD-R instead of DVD+R.

Yeah, Windows does like to randomly throw errors at you for no reason, it seems.

You may want to try updating the drivers for your DVD burner, or if you have specific DVD burning software, upgrade that. It seems like there is some conflict with whatever DVD software with explorer.exe, which is basically the Windows file/folder viewing system. Or you could just spring for a new DVD burner, which these days have become ridiculously cheap. For example, view Newegg's fine selection.

If you don't want EA to get any credit, destroy their Refinery. Duh.
