You need a low/high enough ping/fps respectively so they aren't jumping around.

EDIT: I mean lag jumping. They should be jumping as it is if they know there are sniphers.

if enemy far duck and scope. if neer by match speed and direction & place crosshairs always at head level. duck or jump if this person has a higher score or not if u know u are better than ur enemy. using a 1000 credits chracter is not a good idea during a low credit starting game unless barracks or hand is taken down. i allways use a black hand or dead eye for snip'n.
