Long story short I deleted an old copy of windows off of my server(on a separate partition, it wasn't being used) and my current OS was dependent on it. So now my computer is messed royally and the OS I normally use won't reboot. It was working fine until I rebooted it other then sound wasn't working.

I still have all of my files and I need to extract the data from them so I can restore everything. I've got a dreamspark account so the plan is to wipe my server completely and put windows server 2003 on it instead of windows xp.

I need to get the data out of the files for:
1) Mozilla
2) Thunderbird(just the emails really)
3) MySQL

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Use mozbackup for firefox and thunderbird (google it Wink ). You'll have to do a mysql dump via phpmyadmin for your mysql database.

You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

I can't get mozbackup to grab the information from my other partition. I'm on C drive right now and my data is on D drive. It just keeps pulling up stuff from c drive.

Copy the FireFox data manually from the D:\documents and settings\user name\Mozilla\Firefox\account (along the lines of that)
