I got Scripts 3.4.4 for TFD Renegade so I can use some mods (Westwood musueam and Roleplay 2) but when ever I start renegade it says "Unforunatly, there was an error loading scripts2.dll. Please report this bug!". Can anyone help?

I used the Offical installer but the install path was wrong so I moved all the files into the right spot. I havnt installed custom scripts before but there was already a file called Script2.dll in the dll pack.

I just tried that but I still get the error, I also tried to install everything into a seperate folder amd then changing the Scripts.dll into Scripts2.dll. Renegade starts when I do that but now I cant see anything!

Maybe your video card is old and doesn't support directx 9? in this case you'll have to use scripts 2.9.2 which is the latest stable version before scripts 3.x which use directx 9.

did u try to delete everything and reinstall it with cp2 before 3x scripts?
wats ur vid card?
