Don't let the look fool you, it's an incredibly good game. Especially if you play pyro and burn everyone to death.

Need to check that it supports dodging eh? Like the way you dodge a certain topic or two in these forums.

Anyway, TF2 is supposed to be good fun, although I have never really gotten into the hype surrounding it. I guess I might play it for a bit, see if it's all that it's hyped up to be.

If you're a serious gamer, then I can see where TF2 would be considered "a joke". Still, a cartoon violence game is always fun. Plus, you're just an idiot, so I am not surprised you're quick to judge a game you haven't even played.

They're onto something with the 'cartoon' look. You only need to see EA aping the idea with Battlefield Heroes to get the idea that the boys and girls at Valve had a concept that would appeal to many people.

Plus, these days, games like Crysis are "Serious Business" , so it's nice to play a game that's a bit lighter, and appeals to people like me, that don't play too many games.

If I had a decent computer, I'd CRAWL to the stores to get it, but I get shit for FPS even on Half Life 2. Max I get on there is like 30, and that's in really small areas and such.

Still looks great though.

That's the reason I can't play it either. Sad

That's really my whole take on it. Though, I like how EA is taking the whole gameplay step even further and making it so that you only play with people in your level range. Personally, that's a reason why I don't even play TF2 much. I don't play to be the best, but never getting any kills just fucking sucks. If I play against people my own skill level, I'm going to be a lot more apt to play.

Play as ze medic, It's an easy, point whoring, and great class to play, plus you can get new weapons if you get the achievements. Very Happy

Anyway, trooprm02, don't let looks be deceiving in your eyes, sure, it's got cartoony graphics, but the gibbs, the amount of blood from explosions, and awesome jokes and violence in this game is A++ stuff, give it a try, you'll be hooked on this game.

I'm back in Oxford now (hey, any southern folk here? I leave tomorrow so maybe I can come to your house fast and play some Renegade Razz ) but when I get home and give Guitar Hero III a blast for the PS2, I'll be back on TF2 because it's that addictive. Sad

yeah I got nothing better to do. woo!
