has anyone wondered about the Quake storyline?

in Q1 you see Strogg crates in the slipgate complex

could it be that Quake is cahoots with the Strogg? the Strogg are giving them their old equiptment?

but then why would Quake bring its Strogg supply boxes into the complex?

could it be that the Slipgate facility is working with the Strogg and the forces of Quake are stealing their stuff?

but the Strogg hate humans and invade Earth...

Quake is the best simply because the soundtrack was done by Nine Inch Nails.
