You see, you have to prevent the person from doing it in the FIRST place. That means making sure your getting your money fast and buying a tank so your opponent cannot attack you. THAT requires skill.

Luck to get the box first? I hadn't even thought about that. You should be able to kill him before he gets it. Destroying his harv or keeping yours? You should be able to kill his AND prevent yours from dying if you know what your doing and have skill.
Getting your tank first means that you had the ability and skill to get your money faster then your opponent. Many choices have to be made, and to make them it requires knowledge, then to complete your task, it requires SKILL.
