Was probly for advantage skins that you got banned for, though I dunno for sure. And also, the negotiating port with server thing is quite common. I remember there was a guide for fixing it somewhere, but I forgot where.

Skills have nothing to do with his skins, infact, it's his counter to certain skills... if a sniper tries to hide somewhere, under the normal skin, the sniper is then mostly invisible; with his bright skins, he/she is not, hence on his screen, and his screen only, the sniper is visible and he thus gains an advantage.
