I don't care if the person made 100 posts or 1000 posts, he/she was part of the community. And when they are leaving and had the dignity to start a thread saying their farewell and well-wishes, is it THAT hard to muster up some respect in return?

Yeah seriously, it's a joke that there has to be a spam forum here now. The over-all intelligence here just keeps dropping. Something really should be done.
Start banning people for periods of time or something. And make Oblivion a moderator to drag his ass back here. Infact, make him incharge of spam controll or something.

The solution to this is simple. You rename spam forum to Retard forum. You then delete all current posts/topics in it. Everyone who makes a retarded comment gets their post reply/topic in there, and earn themselvs a "Retard Point". There should be a sticky for those who have "retard points", so people can see and point out the "retards"
