Yes thats right. Going to the Home Run Derby tonight at U.S. Celluar Field here in Chicago. Got some Bleacher seats. Hope Jason Giambi hits some home runs my way. Very Happy

Aaaaah yes. All-Star game is over and I have to say that was the most fun I ever had. I mean went to the Celebrity Softball game then the Home Run Derby (Which was really fun) and then todat at the All-Star game. I gotta say if the All-Star game comes to your Hometown GO TO IT!!!! It is too fun! Of course tickets are VERY EXPENSIVE. The Cheapest tickets were from $350 to $550. But its wirth it cause you get to go to all the special events (You know Home run Derby, All-star Batting practiice to get autographs, Celebrity Softball game). I hope it comes back to Chicago again one day. But to Wrigley Field. I hate U.S. Celluar Field. I hate the Chicago White Sox. Chicago Cubs fan all the way.:twisted:

But I have to say, the funniest event was the Home Run Derby. I almost caught a Jason Giambi Home Run during the first round. It was funny to. Cause I dove over 2 rows just to try to catch the ball. Very Happy

I missed the ball by a inch and I landed in some woman's lap. Very Happy

I told her I was sorry. She didn't mind. She was a good sport about it. But damn it!!!! I wanted a Giambi Home Run ball!! Oh well.

Its funny too. If you watched the Home Run derby you can see me jumping over a group of people to get a Home Run. One of my friend recorded the Home Run derby and showed it to me. If you look during the 7th or 8th home run that Giambi hit to Right field during the first Round of the Home Run Derby, you'll see a big tall black guy tumbling down 2 to 3 rows to try to catch a Giambi Home Run. Very Happy

Yeah.

It was pretty funny. Cause after I dove for it and got up, everybody that was in that section cheered me on for diving for the ball. I went and raised my hands in the air and went back to my seat. Very Happy

Hehehehe.. I was laughing at Breet Boone. He striked out and didn't get no Home runs.

i missed it by about a week in seattle(used to live there, noww i go up every summer)....that pissed me off cuz i wanted to go to the homerun derby, safeco is a rreally nice stadium too, i suggest going to a mariners game if your there and they have a game, or atleast take the tour, then you can walk on the field an go in the locker rooms an all that good stuff , thats kinda cool..... Cool
