ok when i open renegade editor and edit or make a map and want to add script to a objects it crashes LE and brings up a dont send error but i need to add script as thats in every tutorial

this topic will be edited with other questions


like i have another how do i stop the base defence atacking a unit

Right click over the shortcut.

Also to note, when adding scripts to objects, make sure each value has an input, any values that are left blank, will crash the editer, unless the value is meant to be left blank.

Hmm, was replying back to your message, then the forum died... am too tired to write it out again.

If LE is still crashing, then you might have added a script to an object with a missing value.

Put zero in any fields of the script that you don't use (keep in mind that one script can have multiple params, so always click the drop down arrow on params, or scroll the middle mouse button downward).

I believe the only way to have a working spy would to have a script on the turret that doesn't shoot at that player. I think RenAlert has such a script but i never used/looked for it.

anyways i edited M03 and made a DM place in the water with cantainers but the cantainers dont show in game what do i do
