Like the IPBot plugin provided with BRenBot 1.50 but stores all the information locally in a database and has the option to upload the local database to a website database

Replaces the default single rule for all maps with a set of rules for each map.

NOTE: The IP Database is not an add-on for IPBot but an alternative for those that do not wish for their players information to be public to anyone that can download and use IPBot

Not the beta yet, just waiting on a few bug fixes then ill post the betas in beta forum
