How do i get warning plugin to work it gives me this error and i didn't modify the warnings.xml

Edit: Another question how do i turn ipbot plugin on says this when i try to use the plugins commands or on start up

BRenBot 1.51 starting up. Type !help for a list of commands

The IPBot server has gone offline.

The IPBot plugin only works on a handful of IRC servers, n00bstories irc being one of them. As for the Warnings plugin use the xml fixer tool provided with build 2 of BRenBot 1.50 (http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=getfile&id=3514&rid=2893)
