I use Renegade Public Tools /

i have made a mod package . saved it to renegade/data as a PKG.file . run renegade it can find the mod package but not the map.

can anyone help me plz ?

Nice useless post, why not stop being immature and help the guy out.

Anyway, make sure the map is in your Renegade\Data directory.

It's a PKG, so it should be inside it. If it's not showing up, make sure all your settings are sorted out.

u need to save map in the levels folder of your le [modname] folder then export as .pkg

Use Johnwil's Level edit, Then go to File > Save > As .Mix, And it should work! Thumbs Up

I've had this same problem... and, when I followed your advice and exported it as a .mix, it destroyed the preset terrain for my leveledit. Now, i can't get it to become normal again. I've reinstalled, gotten the objects from my friend, and tried many other things... So... two questions.

1) What do you do if the exportation of the .mix fails?

and

2) How can you fix a terrain that's been destroyed due to the exportation failing?

no i wasnt trying to BRAG about my "skills" in level edit. im no better at it than anyone else is. i have problems every now and then with L.E too just like everyone else so geeee sorry if i sounded mean.
