a few nights ago someone showed me how to get on top of the Airstrip in "Under"

the strip is a new one to mer...but you found usin the ref one on many servers you will be ban for exploiting a bug

So I guess you jump on the APC and then onto the roof. I'll have to try that. To do testing, you just setup a multiplayer server and set the numbers of players to 1?

In Canyon, you are also suppose to be able to get on top of the WF from the back, but I tried that and couldn't do it...have you been successful in getting on top of the WF?

yes i can get on the wf, not the roof but the little part thats sticks out near the ramps. i like putting nukes there

I have to agree w/ ack that is pretty n00bish, but getting on the roof is pretty cool, ive done where i have a freind boost me up on top of ref and i put a nuke Very Happy

Using colored skins is NOT a cheat! I use them. It has no effect other then when you get close enough you can see them better. I also use colored C4.

I found the best place to put a beacon on the ref (except maybe the top of the smokestack thing, actually did that once on a flying map. Razz

Easier to see. Because MCTs are pretty dark, if you place it well you can almost "hide" a C4 charge. Works pretty well and kills engineers by the handful if done right. :twisted:

That is to a cheat, it allows you to easier see them, especially the C4, and or beacons from a far distance if they are brightly colored.
