who do you think is the worst host on renegade?

i say my brother,
hes 10 and he made up the following rules so he won`t loose:
1)C&R only(so he can`t loose)
2)no tanks
3)no beacons
4)no base kill
5)no snipers(scared he does not get shot)
6)not laddered(so he does not loose places on ladder if he does loose)
7)no mutants
8)no refills (but refilled him self so he would not die)
