what tool allows me to take an object and cut out it shape on like a plane

Think you have to (virtually) mold, or build it by piece by piece, not cut it out... lol

You can cut it out with the boolean tool.

Look at the tunnel tutorial on renhelp. It shows how to use boolean.

i don't know how to get it to work i can get it to work if i make a new box but thats about it. I get this pop up if i use original objects but no matter what option i take still dose not do it.
