When I go to go to instal renegade my computer keeps saying "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" Did anyone else have the same promlem?

Anyway, i regret installing renegade, i just realised how god damn boring it is.

Im gonna go back to Yuris Revenge.
anyway, if u wanna know go to the renegade home site, and at bottom of menu, it has system specs or something like that.

You'll find some debug installers at that link. You could try installing with these if you're having trouble.

As Try_Lee says, you should first try both of these installers provided by Westwood.

I was having trouble installing with WindowsXP, and the second debug installer cured my problem.

If neither of those work for you, then i cannot help you without knowing more about your system (you can find your system spec by holding the 'windows key' and pressing 'pause/break').

The only trouble you might have is with your gfx card, which is pretty old now.

maybe, but it will no way stop him from playing. With the rest of his system he can play renegade fine, no sweat. Try the links like suggested above.
