OK I have gmax and renegade tools installer installed. my gmax is installed in c:\gmax. my renegade tools installer is installed in c:\program files\renegadetoolsinstaller. when i try to run RenX it says: The objuect that 'C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\RenX.Ink' refers to has been removed or is unaccesible. In the tools setup when it asks to verify the location of the gmax folder i put down C:\gmax. Can anybody help me asap.

Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again.

un-install the tools installer2 and reinstall it, but install it in C:\gmax
and let it do it's thing.

rightclick your RenX sortcut and edit the run command to this values:

C:\gmax\gmax.exe -a C:\gmax\gamepacks\WestWood\RenX\splash.bmp -i gamepacks\WestWood\RenX\gmax.ini -p gamepacks\WestWood\RenX\plugin.ini

This only works if you have told th RenX installer your gmax directory while you installed (it onec asked where to isntall Publictools and once where GMAX is located)

Try this if that don't work, I'm sure you'll tell Razz
